European Food Service Shipping Policy

We ship via FedEx ground, FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Overnight (where available). We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions, product availability, national holiday and other factors.

Returns & Exchanges

All orders are final. Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled or returned. Be sure to inspect the contents of your package as soon as it arrives to insure that the product was not damaged during transit.

Europeanfoodservice.com is not responsible for products that spoil due to: packages left at the door for extended periods of time, packages sent back to freight location because nobody was available to receive hem, or delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you receive a damaged item , please contact our customer service department within 24 hours. You will be asked to provide photos of the damaged merchandise and to return the merchandise for a replacement of the same item, an item of equal value if the item that was originally ordered is out of stock, or a store credit for future use.
